DELIVERY

Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws, and all customs charges will be payable by the customer. These will not be covered by FASHION SZN.

For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office, so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.

Europe

All orders to Europe are shipped excluding duties and taxes, which means there may be additional charges on the receipt of your goods.

USA

For orders placed to the United States Of America, taxes & duties are calculated at checkout.

Australia

All orders to Australia shipped with duties and taxes are included which means there are no additional charges on receipt of your goods.

Canada

You will be requested to pay a standard Federal Sales Tax (GST) of 5% + a Provincial Sales Tax which varies by province. For some provinces, the combination of the two taxes is called HST.

On top of this, you will also have to pay duties on any purchases that are over CAD $140 and a $10.75 Canadian Post admin fee.

We're unable to advise how much total tax you'll have to pay as this varies by province and, in the case of Customs Duty, by product.

You will go through the standard procedure and receive the E14 Customs Invoice form and pay the sales tax, duty charges and handling fee as you normally would before the order gets released to you.

Regardless of where you are shopping from, items are shipped from our UK warehouse, so you may be charged customs.

If you need to pay a customs, charge the delivery partner will contact you directly once they have your parcel to collect payment. This fee will be charged regardless of the price of your parcel and we can't control these charges.

We’d hate for you to not receive your order so please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we’re unable to redirect orders once they’re on their way to you.
